Our Wines
We are committed to producing premium wines that reflect
their unique location. The results are wines that are complex,
sophisticated and flavourful.
Our wines have already won medals at the National Cool Climate Wine Show, Gippsland Wine
Show and our winery has also appeared in Gourmet Traveller
magazine.
Each grape is handpicked at its optimum ripeness. It is made into wine utilising state of the art equipment whilst honouring
traditional methods of winemaking. It is typically aged for ten-
to-twelve months in barrel and a further six months in bottle
before being released.
Rosé
Delicate and refreshing, great for a warm summer evening.
Pinot Noir
A red wine with grace and complexity, with intertwined flavours of ripe red berries, earthy undertones and velvety tannins.
​Riesling
Elegant and bursting with zesty apple and citrus,
this white wine is refreshing and fragrant that pairs well with
many foods.
Chardonnay
Delicate and refreshing, great for a warm summer
evening.
Chenin Blanc
A complex white wine, with a backbone of
racy acidity, nuanced honey aromas and a lingering finish.
Sparkling
A wine with crisp acidity, bright fruit flavours and
delicate bubbles - an elegant wine, great for celebrating that
special occasion.
